Non-Profit Partnerships

Our agency has success working with clients that have not succeeded in other support settings/programs by providing one-on-one, intensive case/resource management. 

We set short/long term goals with clients, teach the client to access resources, and support them, depending on their level of need, in order to meet those goals  

We are very flexible in working with agencies; we can contract per client, per hour and we’ve worked on Grants with non-profits to help fund the programming.
